Exchanges and Returns

RETURNS POLICY

At Drizzle, we take pride in the quality of our sauces and seasonings. While we hope every order meets your expectations, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. The following policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled.


RETURNING CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS

As our products are food items, we are generally unable to accept returns unless there is a significant issue with your order - for example, receiving an incorrect product or a damaged item upon delivery. If this occurs, we will ensure the matter is resolved promptly.

Please note that opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety regulations.


RETURNING OR EXCHANGING MERCH ITEMS

You are welcome to return non-consumable products within a 14 day period to Studio C4, Copeland Park, 133 Copeland Road, Peckham, SE15 3SN, please state your order number so we can track the order. We do not currently offer exchanges via the website so if you require a different size please contact us at hello@drizzle.club and we will organise the exchange with you.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@drizzle.club with the following:

  • A clear photo of the damage (if applicable)

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Upon review, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.


IF YOU DIDN’T ENJOY THE PRODUCT

Taste is personal, and we understand that not every flavour suits everyone. However, because our products are consumable, we cannot accept returns based on preference alone. If the heat level or flavour isn’t right for you, we recommend sharing it with someone who may enjoy it.

RETURNING AN ITEM SENT IN ERROR

In the rare event that we request an item to be returned due to an error on our part, Drizzle will cover the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and within 14 days of receipt. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the item has been received by our team.
